Thinkific Ops Pro — Install & Overview
Thinkific Ops Pro is an add-on for the BB Thinkific Ops base plugin. It adds revenue intelligence, a learner intervention queue, and threshold-based alert rules.
Requirements
- BB Thinkific Ops (base plugin) installed and active
- WordPress 6.0+
- PHP 8.0+
No additional wp-config.php constants are required for the Pro plugin.
Install
- Upload the
bb-sass-thinkific-ops-profolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate BB Thinkific Ops Pro in WordPress.
- If the base plugin is not active, an admin notice will appear and Pro features will not load.

Pro features
Revenue Intelligence
Compare current period revenue, enrollments, and attribution coverage against the prior equivalent period. Filter by UTM source and confidence level.
Learner Intelligence
A prioritised intervention queue showing learners who are at risk, inactive, or unattributed. Configurable progress thresholds and queue override options.
Alert Rules
Define threshold-based rules that trigger email, Slack, or webhook notifications when learner metrics cross a set value. Rules are evaluated hourly.
